This website
The site is static. It is hosted on GitHub Pages, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time) for a limited period under GitHub's own privacy policy. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party. Your language choice is kept in your browser only.
To see how many people visit and which pages they open, the site uses GoatCounter, an open-source counter that sets no cookies and stores no personal data: it records the page, the referrer, the screen size, the browser type and the country, with no IP address kept. There is no advertising and no tracking across other sites. Without GoatCounter it would be impossible to tell whether anyone visits at all.
Beta list
If you join the beta list, we store your e-mail address, the page it came from, your browser language and the time of signup, in a database hosted by Supabase in the EU (Ireland). We use it for one purpose: to send you links to test versions of our games and apps, a few times a year. We don't share it, sell it or use it for marketing of anything else.
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any of our mails or writing to the address above; we then delete your record. You also have the right to access, correct or export your data and to complain to your data protection authority (in Poland: UODO).
Playing in the browser
Sushi Rush running in your browser saves your progress in your browser's local storage, on your device only. Nothing is sent to us.
Our apps
Each app has its own privacy policy, shown inside the app and on its store page: Kropla, Pendulum, Iskra.
